Minimum orders typically apply (most products: 10 lbs per grit size)
Volume discounts may be available for qualifying orders
All orders require a formal quote issued by White Abrasives to be considered valid.
Quotes are not binding until accepted and confirmed by White Abrasives.
4. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by White Abrasives.
Submission of a quote request or inquiry does not constitute acceptance of an order.
White Abrasives reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, pricing errors, or credit approval.
5. Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods may include:
Visa or MasterCard
Bank transfer / eTransfer
Net 30 terms for approved accounts
Payment terms are subject to credit approval.
Past-due accounts may be subject to interest charges of 2% per month (24% annually).
Applicable Canadian taxes (GST/HST) apply to orders shipped within Canada.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods, lead times, and delivery terms are outlined on the Order Information page and may vary by product.
Stock items typically ship within 24 hours
Special or non-stock items may require approximately 2 weeks
Delivery timelines are estimates only. White Abrasives is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Returns, Claims & Cancellations
Returns are not accepted without prior authorization
Damage or shortage claims must be reported to the carrier directly
Product claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt
Custom orders, special-order products, and opened materials may not be eligible for return.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Abrasives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, product information, or supplied materials.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the product supplied.
